I'm Not Dead Yet

As Grunty from Banjo-Kazooie yells at you randomly in her lair:
I'm still here, I watch you play- I just don't have much to say!

While lurking around for the past few months, I realize it's been a while since I uploaded anything. What can I say? I'm lazy. I will have more stuff, and most of it is ready. If I ever get around to doing it.

HOWEVER!

That's not why I'm finally updating a journal (this journal? my journal? Help me out here!). It is instead about the rails. It would appear that trains are finally going to be given some attention. Obama has given 8 billion dollars to US rail to upgrade and construct (gasp!) new rail lines! And in addition, he wants to dole out 5 million more for the fiscal 2010 year! What a novel concept! With ridership increasing every year, it's about time that the rail lines get some love too. As I myself have no license, I rely on trains to get to places far away (I hate flying!). An upgrade to services would be a welcome change and a step in the right direction for this country. I may not agree with everything Obama does *cough *health care* cough*, but this is definitely one of his better decisions. The Europeans have been kicking our butts for way to long. Perhaps someday America will reclaim its lost throne.

In other news, I probably won't be updating this again for some time, so Happy Halloween, Happy Thanksgiving, and Merry Christmas!
